I’m currently a neuroscience and economics student in Minnesota, fueled by my love for the brain and behavior.
My story began in 2019, when I was 15. I developed an autoimmune illness that began attacking my brain, called PANDAS disorder. For a year, I suffered from severe depression and anxiety, and behavioral regressions, quickly becoming non-functional. My recovery was long and difficult. I learned to rewire my brain, and rebuild myself from the ground up.
After recovering, the idea for Eunoia began. Eunoia isn’t a place for solutions or guides. It’s a place to think out loud in the complicated mess that is called being human.
