EUNOIA

a new approach to authentic living

Wellness Brand & Podcast

we are unapologetic. we are growing. we are finding ourselves + embracing the messy moments.

Eunoia was started in 2021 after our founder developed PANDAS Disorder(Pediatric Autoimmune Neuropsychiatric Disorders Associated with Streptococcal Infections) that turned her world upside down. It became her passion to become the voice she had once needed and spread awareness of this disorder and other mental health struggles.

What once started as one girl’s dreams became a community filled with incredible souls. At Eunoia, we aren’t perfect. In fact, we are learning to love ourselves even through the messy moments and mistakes. Join us for newsletters, honest podcast conversations, and a community that is dedicated to growth <3

Meet Alessia Maria

Hi friends, I’m Alessia Maria, the founder of Eunoia! I am currently a neuroscience and economics student at a university located in Minnesota, fueled by my love for self-improvement, plants, and building my goals. I’ve always been a big thinker. Sometimes it’s a blessing and sometimes it’s a curse, but I do my best to make it a blessing. When I was 15, an illness turned my life upside down and I learned how painful thoughts can be and how lonely it can feel. My life isn’t perfect, but I’m here to share the messy moments and hopefully help you feel less alone. Welcome to my messy world. The journey was rough but I’m here to share it with you. By doing so, I hope that we can find ourselves and embrace the raw, honest moments in life, together.

The Podcast

For the overthinkers, the deep feelers, and the women who’ve been told they’re “too much” — welcome.

Every Tuesday, join host Alessia Maria — a neuroscience and economics undergrad — for unfiltered conversations about the messy, beautiful process of figuring yourself out. We ask the hard questions: Who are you without the pressure to be likable? Why do we shrink ourselves to fit in? Can softness be strength?

This podcast isn’t a step-by-step guide to fix your life. It’s one that holds space for you to understand it. Expect solo chats and honest takes that challenge what you’ve been taught — all made to feel like a chat with a friend over coffee.

Life is messy, and I’m here to share it with you. Will you listen in?
