Yoga has always been a part of my life.
When I began years ago I used it purely as a way to stretch during the day, but the true practice of yoga is so much deeper.
yoga is a way of life. its a way to connect to yourself, to find a flow state away from all external things, to embrace mind and soul as well as body.
In 2019, my practice changed. I found a connection with asanas and yoga philosophy when struggling with PANDAS Disorder. I started to find a personal practice that made me feel alive and creative.
Post recovery, I would post about my practice and got questions from people asking how to begin. This is when I decided to enroll in teacher training.
I am now a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher (YogaRenew + Yoga Alliance). My aim in teaching is to help students gain a knowledge of yoga, build a love for yoga and always continue exploring.
